Hala by Khalis leans heavily on its fruit, and the guava here carries a syrupy weight that can feel a bit much if you prefer airy compositions. The tonka bean adds a dense, almond-like warmth that pushes the blend toward gourmand territory rather than keeping it light. This density means the scent stays present for a reasonable span without ever becoming overwhelming.
White flowers open the experience with a creamy touch, while vanilla smooths the edges of the fruit. The white musk in the base provides a soft, powdery cushion that keeps the fragrance near the body instead of projecting outward across a space. It feels like standing in a sunlit garden where the air is warm and the breeze is gentle, surrounded by ripe fruit and fresh blooms.
The animalic facet in the accord is very faint, almost disappearing under the sugar, which might disappoint someone chasing a truly wild musk.
