Our take

Killer Queen wants a wearer who likes her fruit loud and her florals sweet. Forest fruits and plum arrive first, thick, jammy and a little syrupy, more preserve than fresh fruit bowl, and bergamot adds a citrus snap that cuts through the sweetness before it turns cloying too early.

Frangipani and jasmine sambac take over in the heart, tropical and heady, while celosia brings a faint, dry green note that adds some contrast against all that fruit. Praline and patchouli close things out, sugar meeting earth, with cashmeran adding a soft, musky warmth that gives the drydown some real weight. Wear time holds to a fair middle ground, tapering off slowly instead of vanishing all at once, and projection stays modest and close, best suited to an evening spent with people nearby.

Fall and winter are its best season, and night wear suits it more naturally than day, when the sweetness and warmth both feel more at home. Anyone who enjoys a full-throttle fruity floral with real sweetness will have fun with this. Someone hoping for something quiet or delicate should look at a different bottle, since restraint was clearly never the goal here.
