Patina
Fragrance notes
Character
You are walking through a garden courtyard after a rain shower, wearing a soft linen shirt with the sleeves rolled. The air feels cool and damp against your skin. Patina sits close to you in this moment, its violet leaves lending a fresh green edge to the soft peach that touches the air first. Tuberose and orange blossom soon rise, creamy and bright, while rose adds a gentle floral lift. The flowers feel clean and present rather than heavy, carried by an ozonic quality that matches the wet stones underfoot. Suede enters with the sandalwood and cashmeran, giving the white petals a supple, powdery texture that feels modern and intimate. Musk wraps the whole scene in a smooth, musky finish that stays within your personal space.
The composition leans heavily on that powdery, animalic suede character, which some will find distinctive and others will find difficult to wear. It can read more like a textured skin scent than a traditional floral, and the suede may dominate the peach and violet leaves more than you expect. If you prefer a bright, transparent spring fragrance without that leathery drydown, this particular balance may not suit your taste.
