Fragrance notes
Character
Vallense Spirit opens with mint and geranium. The mint is cool and bright, while the geranium adds a leafy, slightly herbal edge. Together they create a fresh and aromatic start that feels clean rather than sweet.
The heart introduces fir, labdanum, and amyris. Fir brings a resinous pine character. Labdanum adds a warm, balsamic depth. Amyris contributes a smooth, woody tone that bridges the fresh opening to the heavier base.
The base combines petrichor, patchouli, grass, sandalwood, and cedar. Petrichor gives a damp, mineral scent. Patchouli is earthy and prominent. Grass adds a vivid green streak. Sandalwood and cedar provide creamy and dry wood facets that anchor the composition.
Spirit is woody, aromatic, green, and spicy. It suits cooler weather and daytime wear. The blend is cohesive, but the grass note can feel synthetic against the natural woods. This artificial sharpness is the main drawback of the fragrance.
