Our take

Raspberry, blackberry and tea open bright and a little tart, joined almost immediately by apple blossom and freesia for a lighter, more floral edge. Vanille, honeysuckle and hibiscus move in for the heart, pushing everything toward the sweeter, softer side of fruity floral, and peach in the base adds one more layer of ripe fruit before sandalwood and amber settle things down. Musk closes out the drydown, quiet and a little skin-like by comparison with how loud the opening is.

Wonderstruck reads young on purpose, sweet without turning into candy, and the powdery finish keeps things soft rather than sticky. Wear time keeps an average pace, present but never demanding, gone before it becomes a fixture. What it gives off stays small, a sweet, fruity cloud that only reaches whoever's standing right beside you.

There's no single season this needs so much as a mood, though the fruit and florals feel most at home in warmer weather, spring and summer doing the most for the raspberry and apple blossom. The tea note does more work than anything else in the formula, a dry, slightly bitter thread running under all that raspberry and honeysuckle, giving the sweetness something to push against for the whole wear.
