Wrath
Fragrance notes
Character
Pepper hits first, sharp and biting, before the scent shifts toward something softer. Lavender and mimosa rise in the heart, adding a yellow floral touch that feels bright against the spice. The opening is brisk rather than warm, giving the early wear a clean, upright posture that keeps the heavier elements at bay for a while.
The base pulls Wrath toward a dense, woody sweetness. Guaiac wood and patchouli ground the blend while vanilla smooths the edges. Tobacco lends a dry, leafy depth that stops the vanilla from becoming too soft. The result is a mix of green freshness and powdery warmth that feels composed by Antoine Maisondieu to balance contrast instead of choosing a side.
This is not a subtle introduction. It carries the weight of a heavy wool coat thrown over a crisp white shirt, the fabric still holding the scent of a cedar closet and a half-smoked cigarette.
