Our take

Wear Naxos when you want a sweet, warm fragrance that still feels grown up, not something spooned straight from a bowl. Lavender, bergamot and lemon open it with a citrus lift that fades fast, making room for honey, cinnamon and jasmine sambac to build a warm, spiced heart.

Tobacco leaf, vanilla and tonka bean carry it into a rich, amber-toned base that never quite lets go. There is very little green or citrus left by the time the drydown settles in, and what remains feels closer to a warm spice drawer than to the bright opening.

Fall and winter suit it best, though it holds up in cooler spring air too, worn to dinner, to a night out, to anywhere a bit of warmth and spice feels right. Anyone who prefers a light, clean citrus scent for the office will find this too much for a desk job.

On skin, Naxos sticks around, in no hurry to fade, and the sillage has real reach, noticeable enough that people register the honey and tobacco before you say a word. That combination of warmth, sweetness and spice is what makes it feel more like an evening ritual than a daily habit.
