It is a dark, crushed jam of a rose, fermented and bruised, with fenugreek adding a bitter, maple-like twist that veers toward savory. This is not a shy flower. The honeyed base thickens the texture into a warm, woody patchouli blanket, but the fenugreek keeps it strange and compelling, a gourmand note that refuses dessert status.
