Our take

Bergamot, lemon, and orange hit first with a bright, juicy citrus that feels sunlit and immediate. Lavender enters soon after, soft and slightly herbal, pushing the scent toward a classic aromatic profile. Patchouli brings a damp, earthy edge that keeps the citrus from feeling like a cleaning product. Vanilla and amber sit in the base, warm and rounded, lending a creamy sweetness that deepens the woodier tones. Musk adds a clean, skin-like smoothness that ties the sharper notes together. The powdery accord gives the whole composition a slightly vintage, cosmetic dryness. Woodsy notes reinforce the patchouli without making the fragrance dark or heavy. Fresh spicy touches flicker through the heart, adding a mild bite to the lavender. The overall impression is a citrus-forward aromatic that gradually settles into a warm, vanilla-heavy amber.

The vanilla here leans artificial and a bit plastic, especially once the citrus fades. That synthetic edge makes the sweetness feel clumsy rather than indulgent. Patchouli and amber try to ground it, but they cannot hide the flat, candy-like quality of the base. Lavender and musk do their best to smooth the rough edges, yet the composition still reads as hurried and slightly cheap. It is composed by Pierre-Constantin Guéros and launched in 2022, but the materials do not justify the effort behind them. The powdery finish lingers in a way that feels dusty instead of elegant. For a fragrance that promises individuality, it ends up smelling like a generic idea of warmth.
