As the fragrance moves forward, moss and frankincense join the balsam fir and labdanum. The moss brings a damp, green quality, and the frankincense gives a dry, resinous texture that grows steadily. The fir note adds a cool, forest-like freshness that pairs with the labdanum's amber weight.
In the base, incense and Peru balsam lead, supported by patchouli. The incense feels dry and slightly powdery, while the balsam contributes a smooth, sweet resin that lingers on the skin without expanding outward. The patchouli here is earthy and dark, grounding the brighter top notes that have faded. The overall impression is amber, balsamic, and woody, with a clear smoky and mossy character that stays close to the body throughout the wear.
