Call Me Venus
Fragrance notes
Character
Call Me Venus can feel heavy before it settles. The opening saffron carries a metallic edge that some will find sharp against the skin. Oakmoss adds a damp, green bitterness that does not soften immediately.
Saffron and oakmoss lead into oud and damask rose. Patchouli and vetiver give the heart an earthy, rooty weight. The rose is present but it stays in the background behind the darker woods.
Labdanum, sandalwood, amber, and musk form a warm, resinous base. The amber and musk wrap the woods in a soft glow. The overall mood is woody, warm spicy, and mossy, with a clear oud presence throughout.
A velvet curtain in a dim room that smells of old wood and heated resin.
