Our take

Chloé Fleur de Parfum opens with a spritz of sun-warmed verbena and grapefruit, bright and almost herbal, before the florals roll in like a gentle tide. The rose is soft, not jammy, and the cherry blossom adds a powdery, faintly watery sweetness. Black currant and peach give it a fruity shimmer, but the real twist comes in the base: rice and white musk create a creamy, slightly starchy warmth, like the skin of someone who just stepped out of a bath scented with flower petals. The overall character lands somewhere between a spring garden after a light shower and a silk scarf left in a drawer of sachets, clean and feminine without trying too hard.

This is a mainstream floral through and through, natural leaning but with a polished, translucent feel. It wears close, which is the main letdown. With longevity barely pushing three hours and sillage that evaporates before you finish getting dressed, it’s more of a personal comfort scent than a statement. You’ll get a pleasant whiff if you bury your nose in your wrist, but don’t expect anyone across the room to catch it.

It suits someone who wants an easy, pretty floral for daytime errands or a breezy lunch, especially in spring or early summer. Skip it if you need presence, lasting power, or anything with an edge. Chloé Fleur de Parfum is a delicate bloom you have to lean in to smell, and for that price, you might wish it leaned back just a little harder.
