Bergamot and citron arrive with a cool, pale brightness that feels like standing near an open window in the morning. Black currant adds a small, juicy lift without turning the opening into candy. Cardamom brings a gentle heat that sits just behind the citrus, giving the first minutes a faintly spiced edge.
Green tea moves through the middle with a soft, slightly astringent clarity. Osmanthus offers a peach-leaning floral note that stays light rather than syrupy. Freesia adds a clean, airy petal quality. Sandalwood and cedar ground the later stages with a dry, polished wood character. Musk smooths the edges so the transition feels seamless.
The composition stays close to the skin in presence, which limits its impact in crowded or noisy environments. It is composed by Linda Pilkington and Celine Ripert. Formosa is a daylight scent that pairs best with simple clothing and an unhurried pace. The osmanthus can read a little thin when the air turns warm, losing its shape against stronger surroundings.
