Labdanum and tonka bean add a heavy, slightly medicinal sweetness that lingers in the fabric of a wool coat. The amber and vanilla base pulls the whole composition into a golden, sticky weight that surrounds the wearer and draws attention from a few feet away.
The scent fits a dimly lit street after the air has turned crisp, when hands are in pockets and the evening feels slow. It suits someone who enjoys resinous gourmands and does not mind a fragrance that announces itself. The nutty accord is pleasant, but the myrrh and labdanum create a sharp, almost medicinal edge that can feel abrasive on skin after a while.
