Our take

Sesame opens LA MADAME with a toasted, nutty edge that feels unusual in a white floral. It gives way to a lush heart of tuberose and orange blossom that smells creamy and full, not fresh and dewy. Vanilla and amber wrap the flowers in a warm blanket, while patchouli and vetiver pull the sweetness toward the ground. Leather adds a faintly rough texture that keeps the blend from turning entirely soft. The overall impression is a garden at night where the air is cool but the pavement still holds the day's heat, and a scarf damp with perfume brushes against a wool coat. It feels deliberate and composed, a scent that knows its weight.

The floral heart is loud and distinct, so it will not suit someone looking for something sheer or easy to ignore. The sesame note is present but fades into the background faster than the rest, leaving the tuberose to carry most of the personality. That makes the opening feel more complex than the dry stage, where the vanilla and leather take over with less contrast. It is a fragrance with a clear point of view, but the later hours lose some of the spark that the first minutes promise. The tradeoff is part of the character here.
