Fragrance notes
Character
The sun sits high over a narrow side street where paint flakes from garage doors and scooters line the curb. A man leans against a warm brick wall with his sleeves rolled past the elbow, the air around him bright with lemon and mandarin orange. The citrus is sharp and unsweetened, cut straight from the rind, and it sits cleanly against the dust and heat of the pavement.
Black pepper and cardamom arrive as he reaches into a canvas bag for his sunglasses. The spices are dry and brisk, never heavy, and sage adds a green, slightly coarse edge that keeps the citrus from feeling like a drink. It reads like a street corner in motion, not a lounge, with every note standing upright in the open air.
Oakmoss and incense settle near the fabric of his shirt as a breeze moves through the alley. The amberwood underneath is smooth and quiet, giving the moss and smoke a place to rest without turning dark or resinous. The whole composition stays aromatic and earthy, crisp enough to belong to the sidewalk and the glare of the road.
He kicks the stand back and the engine hums to life, the scent trailing in the slipstream as the street opens up ahead.
