Our take

Coriander and cardamom hit first, sharp and cool, with a clean tea note running underneath. Pine adds a crisp edge that keeps the opening from feeling heavy. The spices do not lean warm yet. They smell green and dry, like stepping outside into cold air after handling fresh herbs. Jasmine and rose arrive soon after, but the flowers stay restrained. Cypress and artemisia push the heart toward something lean and resinous rather than soft. Geranium adds a faint bite that keeps the petals from dominating the blend.

The base pulls the composition into darker territory. Oud and incense create a smoky, amber-rich foundation that feels grounded and still. Rum and patchouli add a faintly sweet, fermented depth, while sage and musk smooth the edges so the woods do not turn abrasive. The overall impression is aromatic and herbal, with a white floral thread that never fully opens. It suits someone who likes resinous scents but wants a floral trace to keep the profile from becoming too severe.

This is a fragrance for a quiet street at night when the air bites and the pavement is slick with frost, the kind of cold that makes a heavy coat feel necessary and a warm, smoky scent feel exactly right.
