Our take

The kitchen door stands open to a warm morning, and someone has just brushed past the tomato plants on the way inside. Odori lives in that instant. Basil and tomato leaf lead the air, green and slightly damp, with a cool thread of mint that keeps the sharp edges from feeling dry. Cumin sits underneath, earthy and a little rough, giving the herbs a grounded weight that stops the scene from floating away. You can smell the heat on the leaves and the dust on the windowsill. It is not polished or arranged. It feels like a room that has been lived in, where the windows are open and the air moves through unchecked.

Cedar and patchouli arrive without ceremony, lending a quiet woodiness that holds the herbs in place while sandalwood rounds the edges just enough to keep the air from turning too sharp. Vanilla is present in a faint, pale way, more a suggestion of warmth than a sweet layer. The scent stays close to the skin, wrapped in the same air as the herbs that opened it. Sunlight falls across the floor, the leaves outside shift in a breeze, and the mixture of green stems and warm wood continues to drift through the room, settling into the corners while the morning carries on.
