Orris Oud is a fragrance built for someone who wants the weight of oud without the heavy, dim mood that usually comes with it. The opening makes that case immediately. Frankincense and myrrh arrive with bergamot, and the citrus keeps the resins bright rather than cloaked. Carrot seeds add a dry, earthy edge that prevents the start from feeling like a dark incense burner in a closed room.
The heart pushes the argument further. Orris and Cambodian oud sit beside raspberry, and the fruit is not a sweet distraction. It lifts the rooty orris and lets the oud breathe in open air.
