Ápeiron opens with violet and licorice placed beside Calabrian bergamot and mimosa. The violet carries a soft powder, the licorice adds a clean bitter edge, and the bergamot keeps the entrance bright without turning sharp. Mimosa brings a gentle yellow floral touch that rounds the top and prepares the move inward.
The heart rests on Tuscan iris and Indonesian patchouli leaf, with geranium, Texas cedar and jasmine supporting them. Iris gives a rooty, elegant floral line, patchouli adds earth and depth, cedar brings dry wood, and jasmine lifts the center without dominating it. Geranium bridges the floral and green sides so the middle feels cohesive rather than crowded.
The base gathers ambergris, tonka bean, Madagascar vanilla, Spanish labdanum and myrrh. Vanilla and tonka provide a warm, sweet foundation, labdanum and myrrh add resinous weight, and ambergris ties the blend together with a faint animalic glow. The result is amber, balsamic and powdery, suited to cool air after dark, when the sky is dim and the evening stretches ahead. It is for someone who enjoys resinous floral woods worn at night.
