SRX opens with a bright mix of grapefruit, orange and lemon. The citrus is sharp and immediate, giving the first minutes a clean and energetic character. It stays close to the skin and moves forward without hesitation, letting the fruit speak clearly before the rest of the composition steps in.
The heart introduces white musk and amber. The musk adds a soft and powdery layer while the amber brings a warm and slightly sweet resinous feel. Together they create a smooth transition that bridges the bright opening with the deeper base. Cedar, tonka bean and sandalwood form a rich foundation that feels woody, sweet and gently vanillic. The cedar provides a dry and structured backbone, the tonka bean adds rounded sweetness, and the sandalwood contributes a creamy and polished texture. This drydown dominates the wear and defines the fragrance.
Composed by Eric Moraldo and launched in 2023, SRX suits cooler mornings when a jacket is still needed and the air feels crisp. The warmth of the base feels right against that backdrop. It is best for someone who enjoys citrus that quickly yields to a polished woody amber. The final impression is a walk down a tree-lined street where fallen leaves crunch underfoot.
