Fragrance notes
Character
Someone steps out of a heavy wool coat and the air around them shifts before they even move. This is for the person who treats perfume as a boundary, not a decoration. It suits a night when the sky is black and the street is wet, where the only warmth comes from a lit doorway and a drink held close.
Cardamom and frankincense open the scent with a dry, resinous lift that feels ancient. Butter and caramel sit in the heart, but they do not create a dessert. They sit next to turmeric and fenugreek, giving the spices a thick, savory weight. Cedar adds a straight line through the center of the blend.
The base is a study in dense materials. Myrrh and labdanum press against the skin with a dark amber feel. Goat hair tincture and hyrax bring a rough, animal edge that makes the composition feel alive and slightly untamed. It smells like standing near a fire that has burned down to hot, black coals.
