Cedar, patchouli, and guaiac wood form a dry, tannic base that keeps the composition grounded. It feels more niche than mainstream, with a raw woodiness that reads natural rather than polished. The patchouli here is earthy and dark, not sweet, and it anchors the lighter citrus so the fragrance does not float away into something purely refreshing.
