Character
The white florals here can feel heavy, and the heliotrope leans thick enough that the sweetness risks becoming too much. There is a density to the heart that does not lift easily, and the iris adds a dry weight that some will find stifling rather than elegant.
Sunlight falls across a wooden table where a bowl of oranges and raspberries sits beside a glass of cold water. The air carries jasmine and tuberose from a garden just outside, their petals warm in the bright air. Lily-of-the-valley threads through the fruit, keeping the opening fresh while the flowers claim most of the space.
Amber and sandalwood rise slowly from the skin as the morning continues, staying near the body and moving only a little into the air around it. The musk smooths the edges so the composition does not thin out as the hours pass, and the sandalwood holds the florals in place without pushing them forward.
The vanilla accord joins the amber to leave a soft, powdery trace that lingers long after the citrus has faded.
