Amberfig Extrait opens with fig leaf, peach, and cognac. The fig leaf brings a green, slightly resinous edge to the fruit, while the peach adds a soft, rounded sweetness. Cognac lends a warm, boozy lift that feels rich without becoming sharp. The opening feels dense and immediately pulls toward the heart.
The middle reveals fig, coconut, caramel, cacao, and iris. Fig and coconut create a creamy, sun-warmed texture, and caramel pushes the sweetness further into a thick, dessert-like space. Cacao adds a dry, bitter contrast that keeps the sugar from feeling flat, and iris smooths the blend with a powdery, root-like calm. The air around the wearer feels cozy and enclosed, suited to a dim room and a heavy sweater.
Leather, amber, tonka bean, immortelle, and ambergris form the base. Leather is dark and slightly animalic, amber and tonka bean lean warm and vanillic, and immortelle contributes a hay-like, maple-like depth. Ambergris adds a salty, mineral lift that stops the drydown from sitting completely still.
