Our take

Club opens with a bright, almost spritzy burst of citrus and yuzu, like a gin and tonic poured over sun-warmed pebbles. The water notes and pineapple weave in quickly, giving it a sweet, quasi-tropical buzz that never goes full beach cocktail. Lavender cuts through the sweetness with a clean, herbal snap, and the driftwood and oakmoss in the base anchor it just enough to keep the whole thing from evaporating into thin air. Which, given the numbers, it nearly does. This is a fragrance that behaves like a nervous hummingbird. It flits in, makes a pleasant impression, and then vanishes before you can get a proper look. The sillage is barely a whisper after the first hour, and longevity hovers around three hours at best. That makes it a perfect poolside spritz or a post gym refresher, but not a scent you can rely on for a full day. The overall character is that of a faded Polaroid of a tennis club in the 1980s. Everyone is slightly overexposed, the grass is too green, the air smells like chlorine and cheap cologne. It suits someone who values a fleeting, cheerful freshness over performance. Skip it if you need your fragrance to announce your arrival or survive a workday. This is for lazy Sunday brunches and quick errands in the heat, nothing more.
