Luxury Wood
Fragrance notes
Luxury Wood by FAAN opens with pink pepper and cloves that bring a warm, slightly prickly spice to the surface. Orange blossom sits beside them and adds a soft white floral layer that keeps the start from feeling too dry. The spice does not dominate for long. Guaiac wood and chestnut take over and give the heart a roasted, resinous character that feels dense and rounded. Juniper adds a faint green edge, though it stays in the background while the wood and nut notes do the work.
Peru balsam and vanilla form a base that is sweet and balsamic without becoming heavy or cloying. The vanilla is smooth and pairs well with the amber accord that runs through the blend. The result is a woody fragrance with clear warm spicy and aromatic tones. It suits cooler days and evening wear, and it fits someone who likes resinous woods with a sweet finish. People who prefer sharp citrus or clean musks will find it too rich. The scent settles into a mix of vanilla, amber, and wood.
