Mohragot
Fragrance notes
Character
Prissana builds Mohragot for people who want a forest floor in the city and are willing to accept a little roughness to get it. Vetiver and oakmoss anchor the blend, but pandanus and Thailand oud pull it toward something greener and more humid than a classic European fougere. Incense and myrrh add a resinous weight that clings to fabric and skin without filling a space, while lime and marigold brighten the darker woods just enough to keep the composition from collapsing into pure gloom. Betel pepper and cloves bring a prickly heat that sits near the surface as the resinous notes wrap around the wearer, present to anyone standing close but never announcing itself across a room. The balance here favors intimacy over impact, which is exactly the point for someone who wears scent as a private landscape rather than a broadcast.
Sandalwood and Siam benzoin smooth the edges of the sharper spices, creating a texture that feels at home on a cool morning walk under wet trees when the air is crisp but not freezing. Frangipani and ylang-ylang soften the earthy base, though the floral side never dominates the aromatic and balsamic core. The limitation is that the ambitious list sometimes fights itself. With eighteen notes, the transitions can feel crowded, and the result lacks the singular clarity that a tighter formula would deliver.
