Coffee and litchi meet Turkish rose and jasmine in a dense, slightly syrupy mixture that feels more like a market stall than a polished boutique counter. The fruit is tropical and heavy, the florals soft but pushed aside by the darker brew.
The drydown is where NEVER TOLD settles into its real character. Sandalwood and amber wrap the earlier sweetness in a warm, powdery wood that feels comfortable and familiar. Vanilla smooths the edges while musk adds a clean, slightly soapy finish. It reads as a cozy sweater in cool air, the kind of scent that fits a quiet street under gray skies and fallen leaves. The spices are present but never sharp, and the composition stays gentle rather than bold.
Serge Majoullier composed a fragrance that leans heavily on its gourmand side. The litchi and coffee combination can feel a bit crowded, and the sweetness may overwhelm anyone who prefers dry, airy florals. It suits those who enjoy a creamy, fruity warmth but it lacks the clarity that makes a scent easy to wear every day.
