Opale
Fragrance notes
Character
Opale opens with a soft floral blend of lilac, hawthorn, and jasmine. The lilac carries a gentle powder, while the hawthorn adds a slightly green edge that keeps the flowers from feeling heavy. Jasmine sits in the background and provides a bright lift that moves the opening forward without sharpness.
The middle introduces seagrass and geranium. Seagrass brings a damp, green freshness that pulls the fragrance toward its aquatic side. Geranium adds a clean, lightly herbal touch that bridges the flowers above and the base below. Vanilla and tonka bean enter slowly and add a smooth sweetness, while musk and cedar give the composition a dry, woody frame. Patchouli sits underneath and adds earth without weight.
The result feels clear and open, suited to warm air and bright mornings spent near water or in a garden. It stays close to the skin and moves with the body. The sweetness remains moderate and never overtakes the green and marine elements. Cedar and musk hold the shape together through the final stages. The scent settles into a clean mix of vanilla, fresh spice, and soft wood.
