That weight is the reason to wear it. Composed by Cara Sylvain, this Regalien release leans fully into its gourmand side, using dark chocolate and caramel to build a scent that feels like a rich dessert. The rose and orris try to add elegance, but they mostly get buried under the sugar.
The tonka bean and labdanum in the base make sure the sweetness stays warm and resinous. This is not a fragrance for hot weather or for someone who prefers clean linens and fresh air. It suits a person who enjoys standing out in a crowd and does not mind a scent that demands attention with its bold, edible character.
