Cristal & Gold Woman
Fragrance notes
Character
The ballroom hums with low conversation as Cristal & Gold Woman enters the air. Aldehydes sparkle over neroli and bergamot, bright and slightly metallic, while petitgrain adds a clean, green edge. Frankincense weaves through the opening, giving the brightness a resinous weight that keeps it from floating away.
Rose and jasmine unfold in the heart, softened by heliotrope and ylang-ylang. Orris brings a dry, rooty texture that grounds the white petals. The flowers do not rush; they linger in the space around you, present enough that someone standing near you catches them without you needing to move.
Beneath the blooms, amber and bourbon vanilla create a warm, golden trail. Civet adds a faint animalic growl, smoothed by labdanum and creamy sandalwood. Vetiver keeps the base from turning fully sweet, leaving a polished, slightly earthy finish that stays with you through the evening.
Alexandra Carlin composed a fragrance that wears like a heavy silk wrap in a room lit by chandeliers. The scent follows you across the floor, leaving a warm path of rose and resin behind you like a ribbon of gold thread drifting through the dark.
