Character
Cool air moves through a stone courtyard where a fountain runs low. Someone stands near the edge with mint and lemon on their skin, bright and sharp against the damp morning. Bergamot rounds the edges so the opening feels clean rather than thin. The citrus is clear and present, a fresh start that sits close to the cool air.
Smoke begins to rise from a small brazier nearby. Incense drifts into the mint, and clary sage adds an herbal depth that grounds the brightness. Saffron brings a warm, slightly metallic glow that turns the air golden. The woods arrive without force. Oud gives a dark, resinous weight, sandalwood smooths the edges, and Virginia cedar offers a dry, pencil sharpener crispness that keeps the smoke from feeling heavy.
The scene stays still. Aromatic herbs meet warm spicy air, and the balsamic sweetness of the resins settles into the green corners of the courtyard. Amber hums beneath the surface while the woody accord holds everything in place. Smoky tendrils curl upward and blend into the cedar.
