Character
Cassis and tangerine arrive first, bright and a little tart, with petitgrain adding a clean green edge. The citrus does not stay loud for long. Lavender and orange blossom step in quickly, softening the start and pulling the scent toward something more rounded. Jasmine sits behind them, adding a gentle white floral lift that keeps the heart from feeling too heavy. The opening is pleasant and familiar, but it is only a brief introduction to where Duny really lives.
The base is where the fragrance settles into its true character. Vanilla and musk wrap around cedar and ambergris, creating a powdery, slightly animalic warmth that feels intimate and composed. The lavender from the heart lingers, now quieter and more resinous, while the orange blossom leaves a faint sugary trace. It is sweet without becoming cloying, woody without turning dry, and the ambergris gives it a subtle skin-like depth. This is not a scent that tries to refresh you. It wants to surround you.
