The heart quickly sugars things over with violet and peony, a Bellini-like fizz barely audible beneath the syrup. On dry down, it settles into a familiar vanilla-amber-musk pillow, soft and powdery, but lacking the weight to truly grip skin. This is an Oriental Vanilla that teases rich depth without fully committing.
The overall character is like a dusted macaron left out overnight: still sweet, still pleasant, but the crisp edges have gone soft and the scent barely fills a room. With longevity barely touching three hours and sillage hovering around 2.5, it feels more like a scented lotion than a fine fragrance.
