Violet leaves brush against the skin like cool air in a sunlit courtyard, where a bowl of sliced pear sits beside a plate of marshmallows. Ylang ylang adds a creamy softness that wraps around the fruit, turning the air thick and inviting. The scene feels playful, as if someone left candy out in the garden and the flowers decided to join in.
Jasmine rises from a nearby trellis, its white petals mingling with the sticky sweetness of bubble gum and jellybean. Caramel drips slowly over the labdanum, creating a resinous warmth that clings to the air. This is not a subtle corner of the garden. The scent gathers around the bench like a visible haze, equal parts flower stall and sweet shop.
Underfoot, the ground is rich with vetiver and patchouli, their earthy roots tangled with cashmere wood and sandalwood.
