Venti Carisma
Fragrance notes
Character
Venti Carisma opens with a dark, syrupy black cherry that carries a sharp bite of pink pepper and the metallic heat of saffron. This fruit is not a bright summer snack. It feels heavy and stained, immediately pulling the scent into a room lit only by lamps where conversations happen late. The cherry leads straight into a heart of may rose and violet, but these flowers are rendered as a soft, powdery cloud rather than a dewy garden. Peony adds a fleeting freshness that barely survives the weight of the cashmere wood beneath it. The woodiness here is smooth and slightly synthetic, providing a plush texture that wraps around the floral stems.
As the composition settles, the base takes over with a dense, resinous mix of myrrh and frankincense. This is where the fragrance turns truly spiritual and amber-heavy, with ambroxan and musk creating a clean, modern trail that keeps the ancient resins from feeling too dusty. The saffron from the opening lingers, weaving through the rose and the smoke to create a warm spicy aura that feels intimate and slightly opaque. It is a scent built from contrasts that never quite resolve, leaving a impression of soft spice and powdery smoke that hangs in the air like a heavy curtain, the frankincense lending a dry, sacred quality to the sweet fruit and the soft violet petals that refuse to fully fade into the background.
