Fragrance notes
Character
Lavender arrives first, cool and slightly medicinal, threaded with the needle-sharp bite of rosemary. Petitgrain adds a dry, twiggy edge that keeps the opening from feeling soft. Neroli sits in the background, offering a brief flash of bright citrus before the herbs take full control.
Clary sage and geranium push the heart toward a bitter green shade. Galbanum amplifies that sharpness, while jasmine floats underneath, adding a faint creamy lift that never becomes sweet. The overall impression is brisk, upright, and unmistakably traditional, like a tailored jacket left out on a frosty morning.
Sandalwood and cedar give the foundation a smooth, polished grain. Vetiver brings an earthy rootiness, and oakmoss adds a damp, shadowed texture that anchors the amber. The whole composition feels like walking through a stone courtyard where rain has just passed over wet pine needles and cold air still clings to the walls.
