Frankincense by Unifrom smells like standing in a stone room where resin has been burning for hours. The air feels thick with amber and labdanum. Opoponax adds a sticky, golden weight that pulls the composition toward a gourmand edge without crossing into candy.
Patchouli and iris sit together in the base, creating a powdery earthiness that feels dusty rather than fresh. Vanilla smooths the texture so the resin does not scratch. This is a scent for a heavy coat and a quiet street at night when the air is cold enough to make the warmth noticeable.
The blend leans so far into resin that the floral heart barely registers. Geranium and jasmine are present in name only, buried under the heavier materials. If you expect a balanced floral wood, this will feel one-dimensional and overwhelmingly dry.
