Green Day opens with a bright rush of pineapple and grapefruit that feels immediate and sunny. The citrus is loud and cheerful, sitting right at the surface of the blend. Bergamot and lemon add a sharp edge that keeps the fruit from feeling heavy. This is a scent that belongs on a sunlit terrace, surrounded by white walls and clear skies.
Lily-of-the-valley and freesia bring a clean floral layer that sits just beneath the juice. Rose adds a soft depth without turning powdery. Apple in the heart keeps the profile crisp and fresh. The base introduces rum and incense, giving the fragrance a warm, smoky character. Suede and cedar add a dry, woody texture that contrasts the sweet opening. Amber and vanilla pull the composition toward a balsamic, resinous finish.
Patchouli in the base feels rough and earthy, clashing with the polished florals above it. The synthetic edge on the fruit notes becomes more noticeable as the scent develops. The rum accord leans artificial, missing the roundness of a natural distillation. For a fragrance with so many notes, the individual elements rarely settle into a unified whole.
