Legacy
Fragrance notes
Ombré Lamar Legacy opens with a bright, peppery rush of cardamom and coriander, softened by the citrus snap of bergamot and the cool green touch of violet leaf. Saffron adds a warm, slightly metallic shimmer, while jasmine sambac and iris bring a powdery floral lift that keeps the spices from feeling too dry. Ambrette contributes a subtle musky warmth that bridges the gap between the crisp opening and the heavier materials waiting underneath.
The heart turns darker and more resinous. Patchouli and vetiver provide an earthy, root-like foundation, while styrax and frankincense introduce a smoky, balsamic depth. Black leather weaves through these elements, giving the composition a rugged, slightly worn texture that feels intimate rather than aggressive. The transition is smooth, moving from spice and flower into something more grounded and shadowed.
Civet and moss in the base push the fragrance into distinctly animalic territory, supported by the dry wood of cedar and the golden weight of amber. White musk softens the edges without cleaning the scent up completely. It is a bold, slightly unpolished blend that suits someone comfortable with heavy, traditional materials and a trace of untamed character, especially in cooler weather where the resins can breathe and the leather can settle against
