The club sits half in shadow, low amber light catching the rim of a glass while a thin coil of smoke drifts above the table. Across the room a man leans back in a leather chair, and the air around him carries Ouddiction by Afnan. The scent does not arrive all at once. It is already there, settled into the space like something that belongs to the walls.
Tobacco and oud move together through the warm air, dry and resinous, touched by a soft thread of lavender that keeps the edges from feeling sharp. Tonka bean adds a gentle roundness, never heavy, never cloying, just enough to make the air feel lived in. Sandalwood and cedar give the blend a grounded, polished surface that suits the room.
There is no bright opening to wait for and no drydown to forecast. The fragrance simply occupies the space the way a good chair occupies a corner, present and unapologetic.
