Our take

The beeswax in Salsa feels heavy against the lighter fruit, and it does not always blend smoothly. It sits thick on the skin, occasionally reading more like a candle shop than a garden, and the vanilla leans into that weight instead of lifting it. Litchi and fig arrive first, bright and tropical, but the wax pulls them down before the florals can fully open. Freesia, neroli, and jasmine try to keep the air fresh, yet the base remains dense, with sandalwood and musk adding a powdery softness that cannot quite clear the stickiness. It is a sweet, woody mix that wants to be airy and ends up a little cluttered.

Wear this on a warm morning when you are walking through a market filled with ripe fruit and fresh flowers. The sun is high, the air is clear, and the heat makes the litchi and fig feel natural against the white petals around you. It suits someone who enjoys a fruity floral that stays close and comforting, even if the beeswax turns a bit dense as the day goes on. If you prefer a clean, transparent finish that never feels like a cosmetic counter, this is not the right choice for your bag.
