Fragrance notes
Character
Rosemary and thyme open with a sharp, green bite that feels more like a garden path than a perfume counter. The chamomile in the heart softens that edge without turning sweet. Castoreum brings a dense, animalic leather that sits heavy against the lighter herbs.
Labdanum and amber wrap the leather in a resinous warmth that feels dry rather than sugary. Vanilla is present, but it behaves here, adding texture instead of dessert. Sandalwood grounds the base so the sharper notes do not float away from the skin.
The whole composition smells like an old leather-bound book left open on a wooden table where someone was crushing fresh herbs.
