Dzintars opens in a cool room where a window is cracked to let in sharp air. Bergamot and cyclamen bring a clean, pale citrus that feels bright against the chill. Lily-of-the-valley adds a soft bell tone while iris settles into a smooth, powdery veil. The atmosphere is composed and still, with the flowers sitting neatly above a floor of darker material.
The heart turns heavier as patchouli and cloves press forward. Orange blossom, jasmine, and tuberose create a thick white floral mass that feels lush and slightly dense. The spices warm the air without overwhelming the petals. There is a traditional structure here that moves with confidence, letting the flowers and earth meet in the middle of the space.
Civet and musk arrive with oakmoss and sandalwood to form a deep, animalic base. The moss is damp and green, the wood is dry, and the animalic note gives the room a lived-in warmth. It is a chypre that carries a vintage weight, composed by Bronislava Schwarzman, and it suits someone who enjoys classic accords with a bold, earthy foundation.
