Pour lámour de Oud
Fragrance notes
Character
Pour lámour de Oud opens with a sharp, peppery lift that can feel abrasive if you expect a smooth start. The pink pepper and coriander hit first, bright and slightly scratchy, before the lemon and bergamot soften the edges. Lavender adds a clean, herbal thread that keeps the entrance from feeling too heavy.
The heart reveals a dense floral spice. Turkish rose and Indian jasmine sit beside saffron and tonka bean, creating a warm, slightly powdery richness. Patchouli grounds the flowers with an earthy depth. The saffron glows against the petals, giving the center of the fragrance a golden, resinous weight.
Cardamom and oud anchor the base with a dry, woody presence. Amber and guaiac wood add a smooth, resinous warmth, while white musk and cashmere wood wrap the finish in a soft, clean fabric. The oud here is polished and refined, never animalic or overwhelming.
You walk through a stone courtyard after rain, the air cool against your skin, while warm spices drift from an open window above.
