Unity Parfum
Fragrance notes
Character
The man who wants a citrus scent that will not vanish into thin air after five minutes reaches for Unity Parfum. Antony Morato opens the bottle with pineapple, grapefruit, bergamot, and lemon. The fruit is bright and loud, but the real work happens later.
Fir and geranium lead the heart, joined by jasmine and thyme. The green, resinous pine sits next to the floral edges without letting them dominate. Tonka bean and patchouli anchor the base, with cedar, musk, and moss rounding out the structure. The vanilla accord is present but restrained, letting the woody and aromatic facets take charge. It feels more expensive than the price suggests, with a synthetic edge that stays polite rather than sharp. The salty marine accord runs underneath, giving the resin and wood a damp, coastal air.
Picture a heavy wool coat thrown over a damp t-shirt after a walk through a pine forest near the ocean. The air is cool enough to see your breath, but the sun still warms the needles underfoot.
