Coconut milk and regular milk turn the heart into something creamy and soft, like a thick beverage served in a quiet kitchen. Coffee adds a bitter, roasted depth that prevents the cream from becoming too sweet. The madeleine accord gives a faint impression of cake crumbs and butter, though it stays in the background behind the dairy notes.
