Levar del Sole is a curious contradiction: a chypre with its roots in damp earth and moss, yet dressed in a dewy fruit basket that glistens like morning light on wet stone. It opens with a bright burst of citrus and apple, all green edges and a whisper of rose that feels almost dewy. The heart turns warmer, cardamom and violet weaving a soft, aromatic spice that clings to jasmine and lily like steam rising from a warm bath. Then comes the base: benzoin, caramel, and tonka bean soften into a plush, musky finish, underpinned by oakmoss and patchouli that anchor the sweetness in something recognizably earthy. The overall impression is of a sunlit orchard after rain, where fallen fruit sits on damp soil and the air smells of both rot and sugar.
It feels like a deliberate crossover between niche ambition and mainstream wearability, sweet enough to attract but not cloying, with a faint synthetic gloss that keeps it from feeling entirely natural. The longevity is fair, around five or six hours, and the sillage hovers close to the skin, intimate rather than commanding.
