Fetish
Fragrance notes
Character
Fetish opens with the brisk snap of bergamot and petitgrain, then quickly turns greener and more textured. Galbanum brings a sharp, resinous edge, while oakmoss and vetiver give the blend an earthy backbone. The floral heart is lush but composed, with jasmine, rose, ylang-ylang, and tuberose adding cream, lift, and a faintly tropical richness.
Its character feels like a dark green velvet jacket brushed with rain, an image of polish with a wild seam running through it. Cedar and patchouli deepen the structure, and cloves and cinnamon lend warm spice without making the scent feel sugary. Castoreum brings a leathery shadow, while musk smooths the base into something tactile and finely blended.
Fetish is long-lasting, with a noticeable presence that gives the fragrance room to show its layered shape. It has enough polish for formal settings, though the mossy, animalic touches give it more personality than a simple dressed-up woody scent. The result feels especially at home in fall and winter, with enough citrus and green lift to work in spring as well. Evening wear suits its depth, while a confident wearer could bring it into a tailored daytime setting. The style is refined, earthy, floral, and quietly dramatic, with the base leaving the strongest impression.
